  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary based on the destination and carrier.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

  • No refunds are provided for shipped items at this time.

3. Local Delivery Policy

  • Local delivery is available for customers in San Diego, California.

  • Delivery dates and times are confirmed at the time of order placement.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are available for local delivery orders if canceled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery.

  • No refunds are available for shipped items.
